LABOR QUALITY AND CONSTRUCTION OF CUSTOM PRODUCTION

At Ahead of the Rest Patio Furnishings, Inc., we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest quality products, manufacturing and customer service available; however, in the event an error is made the following guidelines have been implemented to assure a fair and expedient process for our customers.

Warranty Information

This warranty is valid only if items purchased and a copy of the bill for the item purchased is submitted.

  1. For Hardware:
    What is Covered? This warranty covers the hardware becoming unserviceable because of loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, rot, and atmospheric chemicals.
    How Long is the Coverage Period? The warranty covers from 5 years from the date of original purchase.

  2. For Acrylic Prints & Polyester Prints: This warranty is valid only if the fabric cover and a copy of the bill for the item purchased is submitted.
    What is Covered? This warranty covers the fabric becoming unserviceable because of loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, rot, and atmospheric chemicals.
    How Long is the Coverage Period? The warranty coverage runs from 5 years from the date of original purchase.

Return Policy

Ahead of the Rest Patio Furnishings, Inc. will accept returns if the following criteria are met:

  • Headrest is returned within 30 days of customer receiving the item and a copy of the bill is submitted.
  • Headrest has not been cut or soiled.
  • Headrest has not been tampered.
  • Ahead of the Rest Patio Furnishings, Inc. DOES NOT accept returns on custom Cushion and Pillow orders. SALES ARE FINAL.
